Summer Office Hours
- June 22 - 26 - Office Hours: 9 a.m. to Noon and 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
- June 29 - August 16 - Office Closed
- August 17 - 30 - Office Hours: 9 a.m. to Noon and 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
- August 31 - Office Hours: 8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. Monday - Thursday 8:30 a.m. - 3 p.m. Friday
- Office/School Closed September, Labor Day Holiday
Method of report card distribution
- Sent home with students on June 15. Grades are available in Gradebook: Gradebook
- Go to: Gradebook Navigation for Elementary Families (Kinder to Grade 5) and click on a language for instructions to view grades
Transcript requests
- Transcripts and school records will be sent when the office reopens in August.

Teacher Assignment Notification
- Friday, August 28 - Teacher assignments will be available in ParentVue.
- More information will be sent from the District regarding ParentVue during the summer

Not returning to Cedar Wood in August?
Please email the Office Manager at kswanson@everettsd.org with Student Name, Student ID, name of new school if your student in grades KK thru 4th will not be returning to Cedar Wood for the 26/27 School Year. If your student is not returning for 6th grade/Middle School, please email kswanson@everettsd.org with Student Name, Student ID, and name of new school.
